Each organization is independent and has its own set of rules and guidelines. Therefore, please investigate each one to determine the qualifications.

Most veterinary schools treat pets at a reduced cost and offers limited patient assistance that is made available through donations. They may also take in emergency veterinary care.

Other Charities & Organizations VETERINARY BILL HELP These organizations may be able to help guardians with veterinary bills.
Vet Corner Angels: Emergency Funding This Angel Fund Facebook group was created to help others in need of emergency care where the member is limited on funds. There is NO GUARANTEE that you will get funding in this group but members give as they can.

Live Like Roo, a volunteer-run 501C3 organization, provides support and financial assistance to families whose pet faces a cancer diagnosis. They pay bills for biopsies, amputations, medications, growth removals and much more.

The Pet Fund is a registered 501(c) 3 nonprofit association that provides financial assistance to owners of domestic animals who need veterinary care. Your pet must need non-basic, non-urgent care only, and both you and your companion animal must meet their program criteria.
T: 916. 429. 2457 RedRover Relief provides financial assistance grants and additional resources so pet owners and rescuers can care for animals who need urgent veterinary care. They also also offers financial assistance for victims of domestic violence and their pets.
The Brown Dog Foundation provides financial assistance to low-income residents of Illinois, Iowa and Tennessee to help offset the cost of veterinary emergencies and treatment of chronic conditions.
Offers one-time financial aid exclusively for non-basic, non-urgent veterinary care, such as cancer treatment, heart disease, chronic conditions, endocrine diseases, diabetes, eye diseases, IBD, etc. One recipient is selected each month to receive this one-time aid.
